Excellence In Customer Service Award

This award will be presented to the business which delivers outstanding customer service and their customer satisfaction and loyalty is at the core of their business.

The judges are looking for evidence of:


  • Implementing a Customer Service Strategy
  • Keeping their customer experience at the centre of their Marketing and Business strategy and demonstrating they listen to customer feedback and adapt
  • Being able to evidence delighted customers from reviews and satisfaction surveys
  • Showing true examples of going above and beyond, not just delivering the service that they customer expects.




  • Based in Calderdale
  • Have 5 or more Owners, Managers, Directors, or employees
  • Must have been trading for 2 years or more
