Information about the 2023 Awards

Timings

6.00 pm               Guests arrive for drinks reception

6.30 pm               Guests are seated 7.00 pm Dinner is served

9.30 pm               Awards Ceremony starts

11.00 pm             Awards ceremony will have finished                

There will be printed copies of the Awards Ceremony brochure on your table, but if you wish to download a flip book, here is the link

If you are a winner, you will be invited on stage to collect your trophy, have a photo with the sponsor on stage, then you will be guided to The Spinning Room to have your photo taken with the sponsor against the wall proudly displaying our sponsors logos before rejoining your table.

Filming and photography will be taking place during the evening for promotion and prosperity. Please email Rachel@cffc.co.uk if you do not consent for your photo to be used.

Parking

Please remember that there are 40 car parking spaces available next to The Bowers Mill Hotel, as well as parking outside the Venue and on road parking.

Starters

• Ham hock and chicken terrine, grain mustard mayonnaise and dressed frisée lettuce
• Roasted celeriac and mushroom soup, truffle oil (V)

Mains

• Pan roasted chicken breast, roasted roots, chive mash, roasted chicken jus
• Crispy belly pork, fondant potato, braised red cabbage, grain mustard jus
• Mushroom risotto, roasted cauliflower steak, celeriac puree (V)

Dessert

Lemon tart, chantilly cream, raspberry sorbet
