Covid Resilience

This award will be presented to a business for making an extraordinary contribution to keeping business running and ensuring the good health and safety of their workforce and the public during the pandemic. 

 The judges are looking for evidence of:

• Decisive and quick decision making
• Adaptability and adherence to risk assessments and Government guidelines
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Keeping their workforce and customers safe, even during difficult times
• Consistently displaying excellence in leadership and management
• Ability to pivot the business with a tight control on cash flow
• Going above and beyond to support the local response to the pandemic

Eligibility:

• Based in Calderdale
• Have 2 or more employees
• Must have been trading for 2 years or more
