Welcome to the Business for Calderdale Awards 2023 to celebrate the brilliant businesses and their determination, innovation, and resilience.

Hosted at The Venue, Bowers Mill, the Awards are on Wednesday 11thth October 2023

Drinks reception from 6.00 pm.

Tickets are £50 per person (incl VAT) and include a welcome drink followed by a three course meal.

 

Starters

Ham hock and chicken terrine, grain mustard mayonnaise and dressed frisée lettuce

Roasted celeriac and mushroom soup, truffle oil (V)

Mains

Pan roasted chicken breast, roasted roots, chive mash, roasted chicken jus

Crispy belly pork, fondant potato, braised red cabbage, grain mustard jus

Mushroom risotto, roasted cauliflower steak, celeriac puree (V)

Dessert

Lemon tart, chantilly cream, raspberry sorbet
